It's to start of with a free website. You may decide to upgrade,
and get a hosting package and domain name at a later date, but that is
your choice to do so. You may also decide that you wish to stick with
the free site as it meets all of your needs. Only you will be able to
make that choice, but to start with, a free site is perfec. I suggest you get your site from
Freewebs, they are easy to build and they do not require any coding or
script writing knowledge to be able to build it.
